How do we ship your products to you?
Baby Barefootin' currently delivers our products in the United States via
online ordering. If you would like to ship internationally
please contact us at
baby@babybarefootin.com to determine shipping costs. Within the United States we offer
delivery via US Priority Mail, Federal Express and Federal Express Ground
Service. US Priority Mail and Federal Express Ground service can take anywhere
from 5 to 10 business days.
If you are in a rush, we can send your products via Federal Express Overnight.
Internationally we can ship
via Global Priority Mail delivered in approximately
7-10 business days.

Order Timeframes
Most orders ship within 72 hours of the time your order is placed. During the holidays we will strive to get most orders out within 1 day of your order being placed. For example, if you order on Monday your item(s) will be shipped on Tuesday.
We use both FedEx Home Delivery and USPS for Ground shipping - if you have any questions about which service will be used for your Ground order, please call our customer care team. Please note that our shipping and delivery days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We do not offer Saturday delivery service however if your item is shipped via USPS they do deliver on Saturday for normal delivery.
Next Day and 2nd Day Air orders must be placed by NOON (12PM ) Pacific Standard Time to be shipped the same business day. Expedited orders placed after noon on Friday will not be shipped until Monday. Please note that ground orders may take 1 to 2 business days to be processed and shipped, but will arrive within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for drop-shipped items (See the drop-shipped item's description on our site for estimated delivery timeframes).
Gift wrapping may delay the shipping of all orders, including those shipped via 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select, by one business day.

Please select the gift option to include a complimentary gift message. Gift wrapping is also available for most items. If an item is not available for gift wrapping it will be indicated in the product description.
What is Baby Barefootin's Return Policy?
Baby Barefootin' will gladly refund you if you return most unused items (exceptions listed below) in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Once the original item is returned, you will receive a credit for the amount paid (this excludes any promotional discounts, shipping costs or gift wrapping).
Special promotions and events may have different rules which apply to a particular promotion or event. These rules will be posted on the relevant promotions pages at the time the offer is valid.
The few things you can’t return to Baby Barefootin:
* items discounted for final sale or those that are marked-down over 50% off
* personalized or custom items
* holiday-themed items if indicated non-returnable.
* beauty and hygiene products (breast pumps, baby bottles, lotions, soaps, etc.)
* furniture (see below)
* drop-ship items
* underwear
* clearance items with discounts over 50% off

Please note that shipping and gift wrapping charges are NOT refundable.
We cannot accept returns that arise from customer negligence or misuse.
We are not liable to return and /or give credit for damaged, misrepresented or ineligible returns.
Furniture Information
All furniture, including cribs, changing tables, dressers are nonreturnable (unless damaged or incorrect upon receipt - see below). Please be sure the items you order meet your expectations and always measure your space before ordering! We provide specific information regarding dimensions, features and assembly for each product, please call us at 818.237.5162 or email baby@babybarefootin.com if you need additional details before making your purchase.
Once the furniture item has been shipped, even if you have not received it yet, you are responsible for round-trip freight costs and a restocking fee if you decide to refuse delivery.
If the furniture item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please call our Customer Care team within 30 days to arrange for a return or replacement. All returns must be unassembled and in the original packaging. After 30 days of delivery, we cannot accept returns on furniture for any reason; we will, however, send replacement parts for manufacturer defects outside of the 30-day window.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on furniture that has already been assembled.
Personalized and custom items information
Some of our products, such as monogrammed items, are made especially for you and thus cannot be canceled or returned. In addition, because of the nature of these products, they may take a bit longer to get to you. If you have any questions about personalized and custom items, please call Baby Barefootin at 818.237.5162.
Restocking fees
Please note that there is a restocking fee of 15-20% on returns where noted in the product descriptions. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
How do you exchange a product?
If you would like to return or exchange a product please contact us at custcare@babybarefootin.com to request a Return Authorization. Please include the reason for the return
in your email. We suggest that you insure your package in
the
unlikely
event
we do
not
receive
the
product you will be protected. For exchanges, once we receive the product
we will send you the product you selected in return. If the new product you
selected is out of stock we will contact you with the expected ship date.
If you choose not to wait we will immediately refund you. For returns, if
you paid by credit card we will issue a refund to your credit card for the
cost of the products, including California sales tax if applicable. We do not refund any shipping costs unless the product is defective.
How seriously do we take your privacy?
Baby Barefootin' believes in keeping your information truly confidential.
We will only use your personal information for the purposes fulfilling your
orders
and providing you with excellent customer service. Please read our Privacy
